That’s the official marketing line for Quentin Tarantino’s latest genre bending effort, The Hateful Eight. Check out the latest trailer below.

Like most of you out there, I was already sold by this film before I saw a single frame, but it’s nice to have a glimpse of whats in store for this latest Tarantino treat. To be honest it doesn’t offer too much more than what we saw in the teaser trailer a few months back, and nor should it. With the majority of the film taking place in one intimate location, and the true motives of its characters intentionally vague, its hard to show too much without giving away important plot details.
Instead we’re treated to a rapid fire montage of beautiful panoramas, intense close ups, and amazing facial fair. We might not know which character to trust, or who will be left standing at the end of the story, but one thing is for certain: There will be blood.
THE HATEFUL EIGHT is released in Australian cinemas on January 14, 2016. And if you’re a fan of QT (eg. if you’re a human with a pulse), we suggest you keep an eye out for pending announcements involving the director’s tour down under in early January to promote the film.
