Warner Bros and DC have just unleashed a brand new trailer for Suicide Squad, their next adventure down the DC Cinematic Universe lane

It feels good to be bad… Assemble a team of the world’s most dangerous, incarcerated Super Villains, provide them with the most powerful arsenal at the government’s disposal, and send them off on a mission to defeat an enigmatic, insuperable entity. U.S. intelligence officer Amanda Waller has determined only a secretly convened group of disparate, despicable individuals with next to nothing to lose will do. However, once they realize they weren’t picked to succeed but chosen for their patent culpability when they inevitably fail, will the Suicide Squad resolve to die trying, or decide it’s every man for himself?
Written and directed by Ayer based on the characters from DC Comics, the film also stars Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje (“Thor: The Dark World”), Jay Hernandez (“Takers”), Ike Barinholtz (“Neighbors”), Jai Courtney (“Insurgent”) and Scott Eastwood (“Fury”). It is produced by Charles Roven and Richard Suckle, with Zack Snyder, Deborah Snyder, Colin Wilson and Geoff Johns serving as executive producers.
Personally that trailer wasn’t for me, it was ok, but it wasn’t half as strong as the previous one and it almost showed too much. In saying that though you have to think about it from Warner Bros side of things. Batman V Superman hasn’t done as well as expected and they have already put millions upon millions into this next adventure so they need to show it off as everything BvS wasn’t. Does it hit its mark? Sure. It just overstays its welcome.I’m still really liking what
I’m still really liking what Margot Robbie is bringing to this team, she is killing it as the fan favorite Harley Quinn. Jared Leto is doing his best to impress and Will Smith is, well Will Smith is just being Will Smith.
Another interesting shot to point out is the addition of Batman to this trailer. He looks like a totally different Bats then we saw in Batman V Superman. This one looks leaner and the costume looks darker. Also, in certain shots, he doesn’t appear to have a mouth opening in the cowl. that could just be an apparatus for him jumping into the ocean.
