Splash Report have revealed that an anonymous source claims Warner Bros is remaking Justice League since production ended last year.
Their source goes on to say,
“In the 17 months between the start of principal photography and the final cut arriving in theaters in November. The film will have essentially been remade twice. There are more re shoots coming soon. There have been a bunch but they’re going to do more”.
When Ben Affleck arrived to the set of Justice League he apparently ordered on the spot re-writes and re shoots. Zack Snyder has been removed from the top of the creative chain and replaced by DC Entertainment President Geoff Johns and production executive Jon Berg.
Even though re-shoots and re-writes are fairly common, Rogue One went through the same and came out a complete success. Brad Pitts zombie apocalypse thriller World War Z had more than its fair share of drama with production, but also went on to be successful. This brings us to Suicide Squad and the mess Warner Bros made with it’s re shoots and re-writes. Once the trailer for Suicide Squad was released, fans went nuts over it and couldn’t wait to see it. That all changed when Warner Bros decided to re-do the movie based on the trailer. It left Suicide Squad an incoherent jumbled mess.
What do you think of the re-shoots? do you think it will improve Justice League? Or is Warner Bros setting themselves up for failure again?.
