Universal Pictures have just dropped the second official trailer for The Great Wall. Directed by Zhang Yimou and starring Matt Damon, William Dafoe and Jing Tian.
Here’s the official synopsis:
Starring global superstar Matt Damon and directed by one of the most breath taking visual stylists of our time, Zhang Yimou (Hero, House of Flying Daggers), Legendary’s The Great Wall tells the story of an elite force making a valiant stand for humanity on the world’s most iconic structure. The first English-language production for Yimou is the largest film ever shot entirely in China. The Great Wall also stars Jing Tian, Pedro Pascal, Willem Dafoe and Andy Lau.
I love the style that Yimou has brought to this film, but I can’t help but get an overwhelming feeling of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. It just reminds me of the ninja outfits from Power Rangers: The Movie. 
Outside of that, the visuals look intense and fun. The bright colours offer up a welcome change to the palate that we are so used too with these big monster movies.
