Evangeline Lilly has shared the first proper look at her Wasp costume from the upcoming Ant-Man And The Wasp on twitter. It also happened to coincide with what would’ve been Ant-Man creator Jack Kirby’s 100th birthday:

After years of teasing another sequel, Kevin Smith has finally announced that shooting on the Jay And Silent Bob Reboot will begin either next month or in October. After expanding his horizons into the horror genre, it’s comforting to see Smith return to his roots.

Arnie Must Die
The first trailer for the mockumentary feature Killing Gunther has arrived, and the drawcard is definitely seeing Arnold Schwarzenegger upend his serious tough guy image. It remains to be seen whether the movie will be any good, but the trailer provides a few chuckles.

Justice League’s Big Bad
In what’s becoming a more and more common occurrence, the merchandising machine for a big tentpole has gotten ahead of itself and released images of a major character. In this case, it’s Justice League‘s big bad Steppenwolf who has been pretty absent from the marketing so far. Feast your eyes on this beauty pageant winner:

The first trailer for Brawl In Cell Block 99 has landed, showing a different side to funnyman Vince Vaughn. In the movie, he plays a drug-runner who lands in prison and has a fight on his hand when his enemies get to him.
Farewell To Another Legend
The horror community has had to say goodbye to another trailblazer this year, with the passing of Tobe Hooper at the age of 74. The director best known for The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Poltergeist will leave a lasting legacy in the hearts of many fans. RIP Mr Hooper.
