Beatles/’Star Wars’ Album Takes Parody To The Next Level!

Star Wars/Beatles fans – get excited, we have an album for you. Yes, you read that correct. An entire album! Just in time for May 4th, the team at Palette-Swap Ninja have put together their ultimate tribute to every bodies favourite galaxy far, far away, by recording not just a parody song, but a Star Wars spin on the entirety of The Beatles classic Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band.

This is Princess Leia’s Stolen Death Star Plans.

Check it out in all its glorious goodness via the below YouTube playlist. It’s insane how clever this is, and having video and lyrics to go along with the catchy tunes is a great way to check out this amazing musical tribute to Star Wars.

The guys do such a great job on that opening track (I love the “Vader’s here” instead of “Billy Shears”), and the follow up parody of Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds, titled Luke is in the Desert is amazing. If you can’t get enough of this, be sure to check out the Palette-Swap Ninja website to get all your Beatles/Star Wars musical fixes in a variety of audio formats.

Be sure to stay tuned to So Is It Any Good over the next few days as we celebrate May 4th!
