You’ve probably seen the trailer, well the 80’s action spoof is finally here.
So, is it any good?
Well sort of. Kung Fury started back in 2013 as Kickstarter and since then has been going viral all over the world.
The best cop in the world is sent back in time to take down the the worst criminal of all time Adolf Hitler AKA Kung Furher. It’s a buddy cop/satire/comedy with some of the most crazy ideas ever shown on film. It’s one of those movies that you have to see to believe, from triceratops cops to flying through the air on top of a car to babes riding dinosaurs. It’s mental you’ll spend half the movie just being shocked for where they go with it.
You kind of have to dig it just simply for what it brings does to the table. Great 80’s looking vibe. Best version of Hitler apart from Inglorious Bastards, David Hasselholf music and Transforming arcade machines kicking some arse. Keep in mind that Kung Fury is only a 30 min film, it’s short, it kind of like losing your virginity, weird, awkward and hilarious and its over pretty quickly so you can forgive it and maybe start it again if your up for it…. too far, sorry
